Information collected

The membership may collect your name, email address, account identifier, subscription status, lesson progress, and communications you choose to send. Stripe processes payment information; the VACA Method™ site does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, process and manage membership, communicate service updates, support members, prevent abuse, and improve the educational experience.

AI companion and conversation data

The “Take a VACA with Adonia” companion is provided through an AI service governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Information entered into the companion may be processed by the AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter client names, therapy records, protected health information, financial account details, passwords, government identifiers, or information about another person that you do not have permission to share.

Sensitive information

Do not submit confidential therapy records, detailed medical information, crisis disclosures, or information you do not want processed as ordinary membership or AI conversation data. This educational service is separate from counseling services and is not designed as a clinical record system.

Service providers

Necessary data may be processed by hosting, identity, payment, email, analytics, AI, and protected-video providers used to operate the membership.

Your choices

You may request help with your account, cancel your subscription, or ask about deletion of eligible membership data through the Contact page. Requests concerning AI conversation data may also need to be directed to the relevant AI provider.
