Educational purpose

The VACA Method™ Membership provides educational information, reflective exercises, and personal-development tools. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional.

No therapist-client relationship

Purchasing, accessing, or communicating through this membership or its AI-guided companion does not create a therapist-client relationship with Adonia Whittier or Divine Path Healing LLC.

Membership and billing

Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Access may end when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, shared, or used in violation of these Terms.

Ownership and authorship

The VACA Method™, Emotional Sovereignty™, the VACA Backpack Practice™, Take a VACA with Adonia™, and their associated lessons, stories, tools, scripts, exercises, visual systems, and member experiences were originated and developed by Adonia Whittier, MA, LPCC, NCC. The original expression embodied in the course—including its written explanations, narration, videos, worksheets, graphics, arrangement, scenario library, collectibles, permission slips, and the selection and presentation of Validate → Accept → Be Compassionate → Act—is proprietary. Third-party materials, if any, remain the property of their respective owners.

Named methods and systems

Adonia Whittier also claims rights in her family of educational brands and systems as used in connection with her products and services, including Emotional Sovereignty™, The RESET System™, The Discernment Method™, The Pause™, Act From Yourself™, Pressure Reset Coach™, and Manifest: The Becoming Method™. Use of the ™ symbol identifies a claim of trademark rights; it does not represent that a mark is federally registered.

Except for separately identified third-party material, the text, lesson scripts, audio scripts, illustrations, graphics, stories, worksheets, prompts, page designs, downloadable resources, and arrangement of this membership are protected creative works. © 2026 Adonia Whittier and Divine Path Healing LLC. Limited personal-use license

Payment grants one named member a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access the purchased materials for that member’s personal educational use during the applicable access period. No ownership, teaching, facilitation, certification, reproduction, commercial-use, or derivative-work rights are transferred. Access credentials and copies may not be shared.

Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission from Adonia Whittier or an authorized written license from Divine Path Healing LLC, users may not copy, reproduce, photograph, screen-record, scrape, download except where expressly offered, republish, upload, distribute, translate, adapt, sell, license, teach, facilitate, certify others in, or create derivative or competing courses, books, workbooks, coaching systems, memberships, applications, chatbots, GPTs, datasets, prompts, or AI systems from the protected materials. Users may not remove attribution or rights notices, extract hidden instructions, reverse engineer access controls, or use the materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, ground, or supply retrieval content to an AI model or competing system.

No commercial or professional use

Personal membership does not authorize use with clients, patients, groups, employees, students, audiences, paid communities, workshops, social-media subscriptions, or commercial products. Professionals and organizations must obtain a separate written license before teaching, facilitating, reproducing, or incorporating any protected material into services.

Quotations and sharing

Brief attributed quotations may be shared for noncommercial commentary when legally permitted. Substantial excerpts, complete exercises, worksheet prompts, screenshots, recordings, and member-only materials may not be shared publicly or privately outside the member’s personal use. Attribution does not replace the need for permission.

AI-guided companion

The Take a VACA with Adonia™ companion is an AI guide applying Adonia Whittier’s VACA Method™. It is not Adonia, a counselor, or a crisis service. Users may not attempt to obtain, reproduce, publish, or reuse its proprietary configuration, knowledge files, prompt structure, or protected teaching content.

Enforcement and termination

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Adonia Whittier and Divine Path Healing LLC reserve all rights and remedies available under contract, copyright, trademark, unfair-competition, trade-secret, and other applicable law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Community safety

Members may not misuse the site, share access, harass others, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the material to provide unqualified clinical services.

This service is not monitored for emergencies. In the United States, call 911 or 988 when immediate help is needed.
